Yes. Technicians are identity- and skill-verified before they can take bookings. You see their name and photo on your booking, and the job starts and closes with your OTP.
UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking and your PowerWalla wallet. For eligible services you can also pay after the work is done. You always get a digital invoice.
Yes, from My Bookings. Before the technician is on the way it is free and any visit fee is refunded in full. After the technician is on the way a visit fee may be kept.
A refund moves through Requested, Under review, Approved, Processing and Completed, and reaches your original payment method in about 5-7 working days (instantly to your PowerWalla wallet).
Repairs and installations carry a workmanship warranty, shown on the service page and your invoice. You can raise a warranty claim from My Warranties.
